Arabian Client Visits Dongguan EVA Case Factory, Confirms Watch Case Order After On-Site Shockproof Test

It is a great honor that we received a customer from Arabia last week.

Our first meeting with the client took place at the Canton Fair. He showed great interest in our product - the EVA packaging case. We also provided the customers with a detailed introduction to the features of our EVA packaging case: shockproof, earthquake-resistant, pressure-resistant, scratch-resistant, and even have a certain waterproof function. So he made an appointment with us: after the Canton Fair, he would come to Dongguan to visit our factory and discuss in detail his intended product: EVA watch cases.

Last week, he finally arrived at our factory.

We provided the customer with a detailed overview of the entire production process of our EVA case. From the Design—Making mould—Preparing raw material—Cutting the EVA sheet material—Hot pressing and forming—Edge trimming—Seaming zippers / binding edges / mesh pockets, etc.—QC—Packaging—Shipping.

The customers were very interested in our entire production process and raised many questions.

“Is the material eco-friendly?”

Yes, our EVA case is eco-friendly.  We can even manage to make the EVA case odorless.

“What is the maximum size you can produce?”

The maximum size that we can make is about 110cm for width or Length. The maximum height can reach up to 20cm.

“I have not design, could you help me with the design?”

Sure, we have rich design experience. You can share your ideas with us and we will do our best to turn them into reality! If necessary, we can draw simulation diagrams for the customers to confirm the effect.

Then we both sat down in the meeting room and discussed with the engineers the product that the client wanted to produce: the EVA watch case. We selected several popular EVA watch cases currently on sale in the sample room for the customers to have a look at and to check our quality.

The customer presented his idea, requesting that the watch box be equipped with an internal holder that could perfectly support and display the watch. Meanwhile, a single box can hold multiple watches, making it convenient for daily storage.

The ordinary watch boxes available on the market are not very good at providing shock resistance and durability. Therefore, customers expect our watch boxes to achieve excellent shock-proof and impact-resistant performance.

We immediately demonstrated the shock-resistant performance of our current EVA watch cases on-site. When we dropped the watch box containing the watch from a height, the watch remained undamaged. The customer was extremely satisfied and immediately confirmed the cooperation intention on the spot.

Before the customer left, we happily took a group photo together. The customer said, "Next time you come to China, I will definitely come to your factory again!"
